October Catch-Up: 5 Things I Learned at Octoberfest

5 Things I Learned at Octoberfest:

1. The Chicken Dance is the most popular song
2. If you have to wait in line all your friends will be much more drunk then you by the time you get in the hall.
3. If you are a man do not wear short-short lederhosen… please, please (it is just not flattering)
4. Hats are a must, even better are hats with giant feathers and pretzel pins
5. When the dance floor gets too sticky from all the beer that has been spilled on the floor the appropriate response is to spill MORE beer on the floor. Then the floor is wet and not sticky anymore. Brilliant!
